Quality Baby Strollers

If say you had to take the baby out in a stroller and walk the dog, would this be killing two birds with one stone? I don’t own a baby of any sort but it came to me earlier that it might not be a bad idea. I don’t think anyone could look at me with a straight face and say they wouldn’t find the sight of a baby in cowboy boots and hat strapped to the back of a large dog awesome. Other babies would be jealous.

Maybe he feels claustrophobic or maybe he feels motion sickness. Opening windows helps if it is cool outside. I give him loads of toys, sing/talk to him, make funny sounds, play music… Going anywhere is tiring as hell….he needs a lot of entertainment. I have ended up taking him out of the seat a few times just because i couldnt handle the screaming… i know its not safe or legal and wish he could just relax and enjoy the ride!! He also hates the stroller. Same story except worse! He is only happy when carried in arms or in baby bjorn. He is an Attachment Parenting baby, and I am sure it has its benefits….but right now it is just so tiring and I need some rest! and suggestions. Thanks for any help!

Hello all!
During my pregnancy i walked everyday for 45 min to 1hour, and now that my son is here I have hardly left the house (and def not for exercise). My body is all out of whack and i know i need to be getting some exercise! but it is december and oh so cold! I, first of all, HATE being cold, so won’t my baby? and is it even safe to take him out in his stroller or baby sling in this weather?

I recently bought a BOB jogging stroller and we’re ready to go for runs with our 6.5 month old baby. He sits up well and holds his head up fine.
The doctor says its fine to go running with him. My wife and I are runners and want to train for long runs. So my question is if there are guidelines on how long you can run with a baby in a jogging stroller?
I.e. 1 hour, 2 hours…

I have a 2 year old and am expecting baby #2 in July. I don’t know much about double strollers, I know there are the side by side ones and the tandem where there is one seat behind the other. What would you suggest for the ages of my children? I am looking for something that isn’t too expensive. Also, I have heard that some strollers only take baby car seat carriers of the same make (ie Graco) I have an Evenflo infant car seat so I need something that would hold that.

If we can’t get it in the elevator (which is about 70cm or 27-1/2 inches wide) then we at least want it to be light enough to carry down the stairs & good quality so that it will last for at least 18 months.

We thought about tandem, but it just won’t work for us.

We’re due just 2 weeks after our baby turns one.
