Someone gave me a really nice jogging stroller and I’m just trying to figure out how long it’s just going to be sitting around. I hadn’t planned on buying one so I’m just not really sure…

My best friend had 2 children with her first husband and he died when her youngest was 3. She remarried and had a third child about 8 years later. I had told her that I would give her a shower, but her sister wanted to be the one to give her a shower, so I stepped back and let her do the planning and I gave her a bunch of gifts instead. Well now, less than a year later, she is pregnant with her fourth child. I don’t really think it is necessary to give her a shower, because I know that she has all or at least most of the nessecities from her last baby, like a stroller, swing, bouncy seat, etc. I do plan on getting her a gift, like I have before, but I don’t know if I should give her a shower. I have read in some parenting magazines that after the first or second baby, it is not customary to give a woman a shower, but I had planned on giving her one with the 3rd child, since it had been 8 years inbetween that one and her 2nd. Should I give her one for this baby?
I think at least one person got confussed. It has not been 8 years since her last one. It was 8 years between her 2nd and her 3rd. This is her 4th and her 3rd is not even 1 yet.

Is it normal for babies not to like being pushed around in their strollers? My baby is now 18 weeks old and he usually cries when I take him anywhere in his stroller. Occasionally he’ll be happy and I’ll think he’s going to be OK this time, but then I find I’ll be 20mins from home and he’ll start screaming and screaming. I’ve tried singing and talking to him while pushing him, but that doesn’t seem to make any difference. I end up stopping avery 5 mins or so to talk to him and calm him down before carrying on. I wish I’d got a stroller where he would be facing me when I am pushing him, so I could pull faces at him and cheer him up, but I’ve got this stroller now so can’t buy a new one.

Basically I’m asking if this is normal, and how can I get him to enjoy it more. I’d like to go for walks with him, but it isn’t much fun for him or me when he gets so upset.

We are flying Orlando on this long weekend.
I had a 13months old kid and so i am taking car seat along with us.
What i am planning is to take a stroller at the wal-mart after reaching their and to return it before we return back to our place.
Will they take it back if i use it for 1 week in my trip.
As it is a long trip may be wheels may have some dirt and so.
please advice me what to do?I am help less without an answer.

Then what should i do before returning???
Any way only wheels will be a bit dirty and not the complete stroller.Is it not okay if i clean the wheels before i return??
