Can a Graco Snugride Infant Car Seat click onto the back of a Baby Trend Sit and Stand Stroller?

I was reading the reviews at the Walmart site for the Baby Trend Sit and Stand Stroller and someone said that their Graco Snugride car seat clicked onto the back part where your toddler is supposed to sit or stand. Has anyone ever tried this on theirs?
