You must remind the flight crew at the gate of the fact that you have a stroller, they'll put an orange tag on with your name and ticket ref. number, and once you reach the plane, you will leave the stroller (folded) there and the flight crew will then take it down to the luggage compartment of the plane. You'll get the stroller back once you get out of the plane at the destination. You can use the stroller or carriage right up to the door of the plane-and then you have to take the child out, and anything in the stroller must go on the plane with you. The stroller gets brought down to the 'cargo' hatch and gets put in there-they will take it out and have it waiting for you when you get out at the other end. But you need to tell the person when you check in to get a special pass/tag to put on it-you can't just go rolling in with it! When you land, they will pull it right up to the gate for you, so long as the airline know that you need the stroller. Have a safe flight.
