which wouldn’t be a problem but he’s 12 months and only needs to nap once for about an hour. anymore than that and he won’t sleep at night. how can i keep him awake during walks? what do you guys do?
its that position + moving. He always falls asleep in the car too, unless i make it a point to play with him while driving.

I want to get rid of my old bulky stroller that I used when my baby was an infant that has the attachable spot for the car seat. I want something lightweight but still sturdy and easy to stear. I realize this might cost a pretty penny but I’m willing to pay for something compact and durable.

mommy of 1- soon to be 2 asked:

i am expecting a baby girl in February and have a 2 year old daughter. I need a double stroller. I haved looked around but havnt found one that i really liked. then i found this one. i like how i can put my 2 year old in the front & a carseat in the back near me. I also like how i can change the back seat into a sit and stand when my 2 year old is “too old” for a normal seat. is this carseat as good/safe as it seems to me? or is there something better?

Baby Trend Lightweight Stroller? Stroller Weight limit Question in general?

Noah’s Mommy asked:

I am thinking about getting this Baby Trend Light Weight Stroller from walmart.com
http://www.walmart.com/Baby-Trend-Lightweight-Sport-Stroller/ip/10996587

We have a BIG Jeep stroller that I love but it is time to downgrade to a smaller stroller, My son is 2 & a lot of the time we dont even use a stroller but I know I still need one around for those times when him walking would be to much or just trips in general where he may need a nap while on the go. Anyway My question is he fluctuates from 38-40lbs most strollers have a weight limit of 40lbs, what do you parents do? Do you still keep using the stroller or do you listen to those weight limits?
Do you think it is a waste of time to buy this or any other stroller with a weight limit like this & my son already hitting the 40lb mark?

Thanks!! :) Are their light weight strollers with weight limits over 40lbs? I want the whole shebang of a large stroller but smaller. I want the parent/child tray cup holders, basket underneath etc.. :) Thanks for the answer. I of course would never think about going over a weight limit on a car seat, but I’m sure they put weight limits lower then what they expect these strollers to break at to save their butts. But I’m just wondering if its really a good idea, You are probably right Jayne, Best to try my best to find one with a higher weight limit.

When did you get your daughter her first baby doll stroller?

I was thinking about getting my daughter a baby doll and a little baby doll stroller for Christmas. She will be 15 months old on Christmas Day.
She’s about 29 inches tall right now, so she’ll most likely be about 31 inches come Christmas.

Would 15 months be too soon? Most of the strollers I’ve found are rated for 2+ years.
♥Mom to 5girls and #6is our boy!: That’s the exact stroller I am thinking about getting my daughter! lol

My 12 month old baby girl just won’t stay 1n a stroller for long! After 10 minutes she starts to fidget and cry. The other day on the way home from the zoo she cried the whole way home. It is just awful! I hate to hear her cry and be unhappy but I just can’t carry her anymore. She is 26 pounds and the carriers just kill my back. I try giving her toys to play with and stuff to snack on but that will gives us a few extra minutes. I feel that we can’t go anywhere that is further than around the corner and she and I are missing out on a lot of fun playtime at other spots that are a little walk away from home. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would love some advice. Someone told me to let her cry and she will get used to it-but I don’t know, it is hard to see her get so upset.

I Block Stupid People asked:

I’d like one where the child can face and communicate with you, like the Quinny Buzz, Maxi-Cosi Foray, Stokke Xplory or Bugaboo Frog. However I don’t necessarily want to spend $800 or $1,000 for a stroller (which you do with the Frog and Xplory) because I don’t know how much I’ll really use it. Suggestions?

Also it does not HAVE to accommodate an infant seat as I will be primarily wearing my baby until about 1 year or so.
I want one that is ADJUSTIBLE so it can be either forward or rear-facing. I didn’t ask you whether or not I should get one, I asked which one to get. It facilitates communication, you can’t interact with your child when you can’t even see them.
Heather B, did you even read the question? That one does not have the rear-facing option and I do not need (or want, really) a carseat/infant carrier with it.

I have a 12 months old baby boy. Want to teach him to stay in his stroller without crying while?

while me and my husband having meal outside. Moms out there who accomplished such training to her children please give me advice.

Thank you.
‘married mom’ , You just talking anyhow. I do love my child and do not regret having him. I just want some advices teaching my child, if you do not agree in anything I said why wasting your time answering? What do you mean by I should think twice? Not every one having the same idea about the same thing. Have some respect for other’s life.
