Do any airlines have rules about baby’s stroller?
Guys i really need advise. On July or August i’m planning to visit my mom to my country Philippines. Its really a long flight and a lot of stop overs. And i’m bringing my 1 year and 8 months old baby.I expect that i will be with my brother on the flight, so i know i have somebody to help me, but for some reason it will only be me and the baby.
So i’m planning to just bring a stroller bacause its a lot of walk and my baby is to heavy for me. But i want to make sure what kind of stroller i can bring?I have a stroller but i know its too big and too heavy so im not sure if thats fine with them. So i’m planning to get lightweight stroller, is that fine?
Thanks…

i have a pretty large graco stroller and i was able to take it you just push it right up to the plane and then take your baby out they take it and put it.. somewhere lol.. some closet or something then have it for you when you get off…. i was nervous about this also…
i also took my car seat and was able to check that for free.. the flight attendents were really help full i was by myself with my 3 month old, and had to have one hold him while i got all my stuff gatherd.. ya know the jacket his bottle the bib… and of course he spit up a bunch right down the front of my black shirt so i was looking really good at that point haha
but shouldnt matter the size of the stroller mine was quite large
good luck

It depends what airline service you go with… almost all of them allow you to bring a stroller and carseat free of charge… I just flew with Delta and Northwest last week with my 3 month old and her stroller is very big and bulky but collapses (its one where you can put the carseat onto the stroller) and they didn’t say a thing.. though seeing that your baby is a little older it might be more convienent for you to take a lighter umbrella type stroller
Good luck and have fun!
Call your airline service just to make sure!

You should be able to bring the one you have and gate-check it. That means that you keep it with you until you are boarding the plane, and then an airline employee will take it from you, put a tag on it and stow it away during the flight, and then someone at your next stop will take it out and have it waiting when you leave the plane. It’s pretty convenient, and the size of the stroller shouldn’t be an issue, but ask the airline just to be sure.
