do the sims2 have a baby stroller thats active also can you take a baby to a community lot with a cheat?

Hiya im really sorry to tell you but there is NO! way that you take a toddler and baby to a community lot or push it around.Im really sorry about that but maybe in Febuary when Sims 3 comes out you might be able to do that.
P.S. I’ve always wanted to do that too but there is no way because i’ve been searching for 1 year right at the start since i brought sims 2 but im sorry there is no way to make it happen.I’ve also sent the sims 3 makers a request on that and they said that they will try their best to fit that in.
