If you will be lugging it to and from shopping destinations, get one that folds with one hand.  It will need to be lighter weight too.  Look at your needs and search from there.  I have a 'fully loaded' Jeep stroller - picked up at Target for 180 bucks - it folds easily although it is a bit heavy, it has great mobility, is comfy for my little guy and, get this, it has a hookup for my MP3 player so we get to listen to tunes when we stroll...that was worth it all to me :~)</description>
