They say they are compatible with most, however, from most descriptions, they list car seats and Chicco is not one of them. I did read a review from a consumer that the Baby Trend Sit N Stand Mesa stroller is able to carry the Chicco car seat, however, I'm not sure if meant to fit, or if they did some creative thinking. The target around me carries the Mesa version, maybe you could try another model.
