Have you ever heard of someone stealing a baby stroller?

So I went to the mall today with one of my baby mom friends. When we parked our strollers she broke out with a bike looking lock and tied her stroller to some pole. I was like ?!!!??
“I mean, yes its a higher end stroller, but look around you every mom here has high end strollers.” I was kinda shocked. She said she heard it happen to one of her friends. So I made a joke about buying stroller insurance instead of locking her stroller, and she said that that was a good idea.
wow, there are some low people in this world. Stealing from a disabled girl, and a $50 car seat. That sucks.
I grew up in a bad neighborhood, (compton, CA) and even there they wouldn’t steal those kind of things. Live in the hills of CA.

yep some sicko in this sad world actually stole my daughter major buggy from outside my front door pissed about with it and dumped it down the road, my daughter is disabled and i dont drive so it was the only way i could take her out places, i had to find 200 pound to by a new one

Yeah, it definitely happens! I don’t know where you live, but in these parts there are plenty of people who wouldn’t think twice about swiping some poor mom’s stroller.

People will take anything that isn’t nailed down these days, and often things that are.
Mostly it will be kids taking them and wrecking them up for kicks rather than somebody actually trying to steal one and fence it on.

i would do that as well, some people are like that, i wouldnt want to have to spend the money twice

It happens. My friends car was broken into and the only thing taken was a $50 car seat from walmart.

Oh yeah, it happens. I won’t leave mine anywhere (restaurants, etc) where I can’t see it. People steal them for resale, too.
