Help how do I fix my jogging stroller?

Take it to a vet! He will do a surgery so your stroller can no longer have babies!

It is the same as a bicycle tire, so if you have removed & repaired one of those you have already done it.
If not here is a quick how-to
If you don’t have the correct tools to remove the tire from the rim you may be better off taking it to your local bike shop, and you can ask about the proper tools to do it yourself. They may even show you how to do it.
