If you have the time and patience then what I would suggest is to pick up a Wilton's WP3319 Baby Buggy cake pan and see if you can get 3 layers to stand on end, if it works let everybody know. As for the layout the size of the Stroller would determine the size of the underlaying layout/ sheet/ cake with a 3D park scene.
