Its when they can sit up assisted with good head control.

Most jogging stroller say 4 months, many experts say 6 months.

Of course there are exceptions, there are apparently “bassinet” style joggers. If you don’t have the manual take a snap shot and e-mail the company (as it can be hard to find a model number on a stroller)

Consider you child’s age before you buy. It is not advisable to take children under 6 months old out in joggers.

Also consider your child’s comfort. You may want to look into a reclining seat and a canopy. It is also a good idea to wait until your child is holding his or her head up and sitting independently before using the jogging stroller. However, there are safety products you can buy if you would like to use your jogging stroller sooner.

It depends on if it can be fully reclined (layed flat) as newborns need to be laying flat not slightly sitting up. Most 3 wheeler prams in Australia lay flat so they can be used from day one. A few are semi recline so you can start using them from 6 months.

If you wish to jog you have to wait until your baby is 6 months as their brain is more susceptible to damage.

as soon as they are born, i dont see what the problem is. its just a stroller

My sons’ doctor, said that as soon as he is old enough to be turned around forward facing in his car seat, then I can put him in a jogging stroller.
