How can I get fit after baby?
i have an 8 month old and I am actually 10 pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight. But these last 10 pounds just dont want to go. I usually walk my dog and put baby in stroller, but i know the muscles need to be fooled, but it is so hard to excercise at home (aerobics) like I did before I had the baby because she is crawling around, doesnt like play pins only takes “catnaps” - does anyone have any advice on a good plan to lose these last 10 pounds….

you could join a fitness club that has daycare in the building or see if a family member will watch you baby while you go.
do lots of walking thats how i lost all my weight with both of my kids. oh and sit ups!

Hi! After I had my daughter, I waited about 2-3 months because with getting up in the middle of the night & such I did not have the energy to do it right after she was born. So my advice is for you to first let yourself heal, physically & emotionally. Then when you are getting a decent amount of sleep & have regained some normalcy to your eating habits
( I had uneaten sandwiches laying all around where I could never finish a meal, lol) try doing something you like. I’m kind of on the lazy side, so I got a stationary bike, put it in front of the tv, in the air conditioning & watched a sitcom, after the sitcom was over I had done 30 minutes of cardio! I lost my most of my baby weight fairly quickly anyway, but after about 3 months of biking I lost an additional 5lbs & I really toned up. You could also try listening to music while you do it to. To me it’s that exercise is sooo boring, so if I keep myself occupied while I’m doing it, I forget about it & actually get it done. Make sure you drink plenty of water. there is also this great product, it’s an energy drink, just vitamins & such, no kind of caffeine or other drugs called N.O.-XPLODE & you drink it before you exercise & it gives you all kinds of stamina & endurance. It doesn’t give you energy just from drinking it though, you have to drink it & then get your blood pumping for it to work. good luck to you & I hope I helped!
Edit: If you’re interested you can buy N.O.X-PLODE at your local GNC or online.
