Mildew stains usually cannot be removed, although bleach will kill the mold which caused them. I still use sheets which were mildew damaged long ago (not for sleeping but for other purposes), and after thirty or more washings with bleach, those black dots are faded but still there.
Depending on whether you care about only function, or if appearance matters, either replace the canopy (a seamstress may be able to stitch a new one) or the whole stroller. akaMaryn
Get a sponge and some soap and water not a deodorant soap try dial put some Lysol in the water and scrub then while as it drying spray it with Lysol spray and that should do it T R
Try undiluted white vinegar, spray the vinegar water onto the spot and leave it to stand for at least 15 minutes before wiping clean with damp cloth.
Alternatively, you can also use tea tree oil. Mix 2 teaspoon of tea tree oil with 2 cups of water and spray the solution onto the spot. Follow the above procedure.
