		<description>I think the weather would be the biggest part of that answer.  You don't want to go too long if it is too warm.  Also if your jogger stroller has a screen that would be helpful.</description>

		<description>I'd say get one of those baby carriers that looks like a front pack (back back in front of you) that that it jogs with you.


also i think 1 hour would be long enough and you could add a little longer each day so that it gets more and more used to it...</description>

		<description>I would say as long as your baby and the weather tolerate it. Dress him appropriately for the weather but don't stay out in the sun too long. If it is a sunny day make sure he has sunscreen and a hat on.

You'll also want to plan this between feeding and nap times if possible.</description>
