I have been looking for double strollers. I ran across this one and it is, in my opinion, very cool. It's called: Kolcraft Contours Options Tandem Plus Stroller.
I'm looking for one for my 18 month old and 1 month old. This one is more for twins. I saw on amazon and it has lots of pictures of how parents use it.
The two seats can adjusted so that the twins face each other. I would definitely get this one if I had twins. I think this one will last longer than the one pictured.

It is called a Double Decker Stroller. I think they are at Walmart, but I am not sure. From what I have heard, they don't last very long.

If I heard correctly, that stroller was custom made and almost $1,000. It wouldn't last long at all. I have a side-by-side Combi that my son has been riding in since before he could sit up sell. It has the harness type seat-belt to keep him in place. I got it at a consignment store for $80 in near perfect condition. It's great!
