I have a 9 week old baby and want to know if he can ride in the Baby Trend Expedition jogging stroller that I bought.

You should be able to use it now. I don’t have that jogger, but mine has a fully reclinable seat with a 5 point harness. Obviously you won’t want to be on any trails that cause a lot of jarring or bouncing, but if things are smooth go for it.

I don’t think there is a legal age for those things. Just use your “mom judgement”. I’m sure he could ride in it as soon as he can sit up and hold up his upper body or else you could surround him with blankets so he relaxed comfortably. And as long as you walk or jog smoothly, he should be fine. Just watch him and figure out what you think is safe for him.

Check the weight limits. I think that 9 weeks is probably a little too young. My understanding is that most jogging strollers are for babies 6 months and up. But they vary so you should check the packaging/literature.

Jogging strollers (any brand) are meant to only be used for Infants after they have turned 9 month old. Due that their back and neck is very fragile, and is to hard for babies to resist all that pounding and bouncing and hard vibrations of that stroller traveling Thur the terrain,
