		<description>The lay-flat stroller is far safer than using a travel system, because a baby should not be kept in the car seat any longer than necessary (ie, during car-transportation), even if it's designed to go on a stroller.  Car seats put them in a curling position and a tilt that usually makes their chin go in against their chest, and this causes measurable oxygen loss that has even been connected with baby deaths.
