If you saw a teenage mother alone pushing a baby in a stroller, what would you think?
I have a 3 month old brother and I’m 16. When my mother told me to push him around the mall to calm him down while she rested a bit, I complied happily but was a bit paranoid that people were staring.
But when I saw a girl my age pushing a baby myself, I pondered if she was the mother.

That girl just messed up her life.

Nothing, I would be too absorbed in my own thoughts and life to really notice and pass judgement on a teenager pushing a baby carriage.

Actually, my first thought IS babysitter. But if I hear about teen pregnancy, I want to go and mess up the father. I mean, for all we know, it could be rape. People are way too quick to judge.

I would feel sad for that girl, she just ruined her future just to care for a child by herself.
Maybe its not true, but that’s what I would think. And yeah, its happened to me before, when my cousin was still a baby and I was at the park with my mom, aunt, and the baby. I wanted to push the stroller, and we were passing by this skating area, and I could feel the guys staring. So my aunt told me to give her the stroller, because they would think that the baby was mine. :]

I would hope she’s babysitting

To be fair, I’d probably guess your scenario. I definitely would not think that you were the mother.
