I love spending time with kids (especially my nephews) and I am always thinking 'Oh wow I can't wait until I have a baby!' Although I know that it's a lot of work and I'm too young (and like you, I don't even have a boyfriend), I still can't help but to think about what it will be like one day when I am a mommy! I think its just something that happens to everyone at one time or another. I guess it means that your "maternal instincts" are kicking in. For me, I know that whenever I hear a little kid cry in a store, I want to go comfort them. I don't think that you're really strange. If you are, then I'm strange right along with you! It's normal. I think as you get older and mature you see things differently. You start thinking about finding "Mr. Right" and settling down and having a family. It's also the novelty of it. There are so many adorable babies and cute baby strollers, clothes, ect. With all of this it just makes having a baby seem like a dream. And it is a dream, but can also be a nightmare at times...Life changes drastically when you have a baby. You'll never ever be prepared for it. Anyway, you're not crazy, but you're not nearly at the age to hear your "biological clock" ticking. lol. Give it time and one day you'll make a great mommy. Nope. It’s normal.
