Yes, it’s safe to take her to the park. Just make sure you keep a close eye on her.
If it’s sunny and/or hot out, make sure to keep her in the shade with a sun hat on. Don’t overdress her. I don’t think you can use sunscreen on a baby that age, but that’s a question for the pediatrician….
make sure she is wearing a sun hat and doesn’t get too hot, it should be fine, if you feel that its getting to hot find some shade or go back to your room or wherever you are staying! hope this helps!
It should be just fine. Take a nice thick blanket to spread on the grass and she can lie on her back and kick at the sky. Make sure you have a way to shade her and it´s all good. I did this lots with my babies and they just loved it.
get a parasol for the stroller, if its hot put her in cool clothes you can always add a blanket if its cool ,better to pack for all weather conditions you seem a very good mum worrying about things like warm weather have fun they grow up very quickly .

these are fine as long as you are smart about where you lay her and who holds her

of course it’s safe, she needs to get out and take some fresh air…just dress her accordingly to the weather

I think it will be fine as long as she does not get too much sun but walking her around might relax her some!

I would take her in a sling, it is much safer.
