It is okay to stroll your baby there. Along Nathan Road, there is a Miramar Shopping Center and at the other side is the MTR Tsim Tsa Tsui station - Exit A (it should be) and if you continue to walk that side there is a long row of shops.

ok…in HK….we seperated in 3 sessions. HK Island, Kowloon Peninsula & New Terrorites. the place u hv mantioned - Tsim Sha Tsui……is a shopping / dining area so popular for both HKnese & visitors. shops along Nathan Road no more attractive & u can visit the Harbour City Shopping Centre which hv over 300 shops inside plus a lot brand’s shops……nice seaview restaurants……bla bla bla. next to the Harbour City, u can easily approach to our Cultral Ctr at the waterfront so to enjoy some nite breeze + our most beautiful ‘postcard’ evening view.

Most of the Tsim Sha Tsui area and along Nathan Rd. is very flat, and although it can get very crowded there, you should be okay with a stroller. It would be very similar to trying to use a stroller in any big city, but the sidewalks along Nathan Rd. are generally fairly wide.

As long as you are not here during public holidays or go to the shops during lunch hours, you should be able to manage with a stroller. Tst gets really busy during lunch hours from all the people working there, also people in central usually like to cross over for lunch.
