Just make sure your stroller is fully collapsable since they bus you from the reception center to the graduation field and back again. There were many, many, many women there with strollers and no one seemed to have any problems!! At the graduation field, the women with strollers either sat in the bottom row of the bleachers or lined them up in a row along side the bleachers. It is so miserably hot down there that you are not going to want to be carrying your baby around and your child will definitely appreciate the shade a stroller will give!
