Need advice for buying Stroller and Carseat for my coming baby?
My baby is arriving within the next few months and I am looking around for some good, convenient, comfortable, inexpensive stroller and carseat for my baby.
Need advices on which brand and style that is suitable for baby. Also, could you please tell me where you purchase them?

Sometimes inexpensive and comfortable just don’t go hand in hand.
From personal experience for me Graco has been the best in both worlds. Comfort price and reliabilty.
You can check out babies r us or even a toys r us. Try not to buy online since it’s better to go to the store and check it out for yourself and the returns can be turned into a headache.
Once moe word of advice, don’t buy anything that has been used already. Stay away from garage sales as you never know the shape and consition of what you are buying and if there are any safety recalls on it.
Other than that. Good luck and enjoy that new little life that will be coming into this world shortly.

OK.. We have the car seat stroller combo! It is SOOOO nice for when your baby is too little to sit up in a stroller by him or herself! The stroller itself is very very very durable! And you can get the combo for right around $60 for the combo! That’s only $30 each. The car seat meets all federal guidelines for safety also!

Hmmm…
It’s difficult to find a good, convenient, comfortable, AND inexpensive stroller.
Car seats…The one that consistently gets the best rating by Consumer Reports is the Graco SnugRide. It’s about $100, lasts until your child is 20 pounds, and can be bought just about anywhere. (Target, Babies’R'Us…whatever you have.) Don’t fuss too much about this car seat; your baby will outgrow it in just a few months, so you should put your thought into the NEXT one, the one your child will ride in for a few years.
Another note: my pediatrician says that all the car seats at, say, Target are tested and rated by the National Transportation Safety Board, so you can choose based on price, ergonomics, comfort…whatever you want…and not feel too guilty about it. JUST MAKE SURE IT’S INSTALLED CORRECTLY! Take it to a car seat clinic and have it checked, just to be sure.
Strollers, though, are tougher. Where do you plan to walk? Only in places like shopping malls? In your neighborhood? What are your sidewalks like? Off-road, at all? Do you plan on leaving your baby in his/her carseat most of the time, or taking him/her out? How much walking do you really do? Do you carry a lot of stuff with you?
With my first child, I got the Graco MetroLite. It was the smallest, lightest Graco stroller that would take the car seat. And it was fine. Big and bulkier than I would have liked, but fine.
Once I had two kids, though, I hated it. Actually, once my daughter was 6 months old and didn’t need the car seat or the full recline anymore, I started longing for something else.
After much trial and error, I have a Phil and Ted’s E3 stroller with a toddler seat attached. And I love it. I don’t know how I managed before, and I never leave the house without it.
But it was NOT inexpensive, even though I got it used. (It will take a SnugRide carseat, though, in case we ever have any more kids!)
For a lot of help finding the perfect stroller, check out the StrollerSWAP group on Yahoo!

Make sure you get a carseat that attatches to the stroller. Nothing worse than carrying the carseat everywhere especially when your baby gets bigger or having to take them out of the carseat all the time. You can buy them as a set. Grayco is a good brand, try Walmart.
Then you have to take it to the carseat clinic in your area to make sure it is all safe and installed correctly.

well they have this one car seat at wal mart that is like $140, i know thats kinda expensive but it works for kids from 5 lbs to 100 lbs. then you save yourself money because you dont have to buy more than one car seat as your baby grows. i highly recommend it.

To tell you the truth… Its more of what you like. To my husband and I, we chose GRACO. I haven’t heard bad things about it, and they give the option of buying a combo pack stroller and carseat for baby, that also doubles as a carrier. We enjoy this product, have had no problems with it so far, and they offer many different designs. They are pretty in-expensive, too. We bought WINNIE THE POOH style at Wal-Mart for about $160. GOOD LUCK!

If money is not a problem I suggest Per Perego… It is very reliable, not heavy and durability is good… but they are awfully expensive…
I also agree that Graco is both reasonably priced, reliable and durable.

We have the Graco Windsor SnugRide car seat and stroller, and although a bit pricy at about 240 for both, they’re absolutely great. My daughter stays quiet in the stroller and falls right to sleep in the carseat. However, every baby is different, and what works for one may not work for the other.

I looked at a lot of strollers and car seats. I found that Graco was the best. Not a lot of recalls. I found that after my baby was born, he grew out of the car seat quickly. I then moved on to the Eddie Bauer 5 in 1. I won’t have to buy another car seat again…

we bought the graco snug ride. it was very highly rated by consumer reports and fairly inexpensive as far as baby things go. there are several strollers that can go with this car seat. ours is not at all inexpensive but absolutely wonderful! one of the best investments that we have made for our growing family. the bugaboo frog! it is awesome! it has an attachment for the graco seat, so it is easy to snap it in and out. good luck shopping around. unfortunately inexpensive and actually usable do not coincide in baby items.
good luck!
