Stroller Wheel shudder?

I Recently bought a Cosco Juvenile Kit with baby carryer and stroller. My problem is the front stroller wheels shudder like crazy every other step or so. How can I fix this?

yea sounds like not enough castor. not sure if you can change that though. you need the axis of the pivot for the wheel to be more offset from perpendicular so to speak. adiabaticfire
