If you have new Graco seats, then you more than likely won't find an adapter that fits. Graco recently changed their attachment system when they recalled their seats about a year ago because the seats were detatching from the bases. They then redesigned them. The Swan Snap 'N Go stroller was discontinued a few years ago. You could try to contact the company (www.babytrend.com) and see if they have a recommendation. They may not be able to help you... good luck!! It for sure does not fit the Graco Step 1/Safeseat models. If you have those, it definitely won't work.
