what kind of stroller should I get for my baby?

I am 5″4, so I am pretty small and don’t want it to be too heavy. I do not jog, and the sidewalks here are pretty smooth. I would like it to be easily maneuverable. Is there one stroller that you love that you would recommend that is under $300? Would you recommend a travel system?

we’re expecting triplets, and its not too hard to find a good trio stroller but we also had a son who will still need to be in a stroller when the babies get here
we don’t know whether, we should go with a quad stroller or get two doubles
ive heard that quad strollers are just really bulky and hard to manuever
but two strollers would be bulky too i imagine

what would you do personally? and if you can give reasons why.
would it just be better to keep my sons single stroller for him? and then go with a trio?
or quad, or two doubles
