Do the “Combi Shuttle” infant seats fit into the “Baby Trend - Snap N Go” stroller?

I know Combi makes a version, but they have since retired it, so I know it will be hard for me to find.

Does anyone know if the Evenflo Discovery infant carriers will work with the Baby Trend Snap N Go stroller?

I am thinking about getting my friend who is having twins, the Evenflo Discovery infant car seats and the Baby Trend Snap N Go duo stroller. Do you know if these will work together? I could get the Baby trend seats, but they are not as cute and a lot more money than the ones I am looking at. That would end up making the gift out of price range. So does anyone know if these will work together, Thanks.
