Quality Baby Strollers

I am a proud mommy to a 3 month old baby girl. Sje weighs 12.5 lbs and I must say she has awsome head control. She has a graco snug ride car seat and stroller. Only problem is she HATES being in a carseat, therefore she really never likes being strolled around in the carseat/stroller combo. I was wondering if a more lightweight umbrella type of stoller would be suitable at this age. I have done some research but none really have age or minimum weight limits. Will she be safe strapped in an umbrella stroller? What are the best kinds of strollers?

She really hates her carseat (also could be she hates the car), so I didn’t think the snap-n-go type strollers for a carseat would work well - but I’m not sure. I also know a number of strollers accept carseats (we have a Graco), but I want to make sure it would be face backwards. Are there any regular strollers that are reversible to face the parent/stroller that you recommend? Or should I go with the stroller where I could snap on the carseat? Right now we only have a Phil and Ted’s hiking type of stroller.
