Okay.Why do I see so many mothers walking their baby in a stroller down Main Street at like 11:00 at night?

Ok I understand that it makes them fall asleep, however, these mothers are not dressed in lets say “nightgowns.”
They have on thier hoochie mamma clothes!!! Its like they think they can continue to act the way they used to even though they have a child.
And this road I am talking about is not a road that is a nice and peaceful place to put a baby to sleep!!! There are drunk people everywhere!
