How do you feel when strangers touch your baby?

My baby was crying and I couldnt get my stroller to unfold, its a snap and go one, so I asked this lady who had a little girl to help me and then first she touches my baby while crying on the face! can my baby get anything from her?
how do u feel when ppl do that? has it ever happened to you? she (my baby) is just 7 weeks old. why do some ppl do this?
