The doctor says its fine to go running with him. My wife and I are runners and want to train for long runs. So my question is if there are guidelines on how long you can run with a baby in a jogging stroller?
I.e. 1 hour, 2 hours…

I’m trying to decide if it would be worth it to get a double stroller so she would have a place to sit when we’re out and about with the new baby.
If you have two kids with that age gap, did you get a double stroller and use it, or not very much?

HaileysMom asked: I have a big honkin’ Graco Quattro stroller. It is not a jogging stroller but is very big and sturdy. There is room for my legs when I run, and I plan on running only on paved paths.
I’m just wondering if, even with this big stroller, the jog would be too bumpy for my 7 month old daughter.
What does everyone think? I hate the thought of blowing another $300 bucks on yet *another* type of stroller.
