Quality Baby Strollers

You’ll probably all think I’m a tad weird after reading this, but it is a problem that I just can’t seem to solve…

I want to make a pram, like a baby pram. My problem is how to go about it and what materials to use..
*It MUST be strong, as in you can’t cut it with scissors!
*It must be light weight
*It doesn’t need to hold any more than 15Kg
*It must have the carriage part facing the handle
*It must lay flat, as if a baby wee to sleep in it
*The sunshade must not be able to collapse
*Must be as simple as possible to make
*It must look kinda elegant… if thats possible…

Any/All ideas welcome!
Umm… I don’t have a kid, nor do I intend to put one in this pram…
