I’ve no idea, but I hope to God he is found and brought to justice, that kid could have been seriously injured, or worse. Doesn’t bear thinking about. joesmoking

Wow…that is horrifying! How could anyone do such a thing to an innocent baby? Furthermore, how could the babies Mom put the baby in such a position? That is clearly child endangerment. Sheesh! ahill_hokie
