The metro is very tight even when its not busy. You won't be able to use a pram. Its tourist season, the streets are going to be crowded. My suggestions is use the stroller. tee2

First of all let me tell you that french train stations and metro are full of stairs, do not count on there being elevators! Strollers are usually folded up on buses and the child placed on the parents lap so the big wheeled pram is impossible don't even think of it . Another thing, the streets of Paris are just totally covered in dog shit! I am not exaggerating, if you take a buggy be prepared to have to wipe dog mess off the wheels! when i visit Paris i either use a very very light cheap buggy or better still a baby back pack.
Using a pram on Paris Metro? No way! Much too crowded! Most of the busses have automatic ramps that pop up and let you push the pram on the bus. The bus has a special place for prams in the middle. (It's a sort of european standard). I've seen it on 99% of busses.
Look up this website under the section practical -> accessibility Λиδѓεy™
