Strollers are usually folded up on buses and the child placed on the parents lap so the big wheeled pram is impossible don't even think of it . Another thing, the streets of Paris are just totally covered in dog shit! I am not exaggerating, if you take a buggy be prepared to have to wipe dog mess off the wheels! when i visit Paris i either use a very very light cheap buggy or better still a baby back pack.
