Trying to find a vintage baby stroller that turned into a table and chair set, as well as a high chair?

As a child, I had this stroller which turned into a high chair, and table and chair set. It was like blue/green. It would have been made around 1975-1976. I’ve been trying to find it, and can’t. I’ve tried eBay but don’t know the manufacturer at all. The table top was Formica and it had metal legs. The chair had a vinal cushioned seat. I think the chair sat on the table and it had a tray that fit on the chair to make it a high chair.
