What are some good ways to get fit when you have a baby?
I have an 8 month old and I am actually 10 pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight. But these last 10 pounds just dont want to go. I usually walk my dog and put baby in stroller, but i know the muscles need to be fooled, but it is so hard to excercise at home (aerobics) like I did before I had the baby because she is crawling around, doesnt like play pins only takes “catnaps” - does anyone have any advice on a good plan to lose these last 10 pounds….
