What is the best 2 baby/toddler stroller out there?

What is your favorite 2- seater stroller? I would like one that is easy to maneuver. I also need a stroller that provides the option of attaching a baby car seat to it and my toddler can still ride at the same time.

I don’t have a double but I do have a single Graco (that holds the infant car seat) and it is super easy to maneuver.

Sit ‘n Stand Elite Stroller
I have a 3 yr old and Due in August.
I have researched so many strollers because I cant imagine my daughter walking beside the stroller like a sweet little angel.
I already bought it.
Not only can your toddler sit or stand comfortably but your infant car seat snaps right in just fine like other all in one travel systems. It also folds easy and is easy to set up.
