I'd toss it and buy new. However, I know that times are tight right now (for everyone) and if replacing everything isn't an option than a good cleaning with bleach will kill the mold, but if the spores are still "in" the stuff it won't do any good (i.e. just wiping the top of a pad may kill the mold on the outside, but the mold will still be in the pad).
