They love trying to steal their big sisters strollers. I think that is a perfect age to get her one. I bet she will love it. I know she is ready because she has a pink plastic shopping cart that she loves pushing around and filling up with her toys. She is not too into dolls yet but I know she will love the stroller. He loves pushing teddies around in it. We decided he could have one because every time I took him to a toddler group with toy strollers, he went straight for them and would push them around for a full hour! The one he has is 3 years+ but he managed pushing the same kind of strollers since 11 months and had no problems with it. It's not his only 3 years+ toy, but some things we decided to get anyway as he plays with them at groups and friends' houses and loves them! I'd only really worry if there were small parts.
