I want to ensure my items are put to good use and not just resold for profit. Does anyone know the best place to donate used baby items - stroller, high chair etc.

first I’d check if there is a school for unwed mothers or pregnant teens in the area and if so try there. If that doesn’t work either try your local fire department (in case a family loses these things in a fire) or your local church.
If you call your local Planned Parenthood, they will be able to tell you about options. If you happen to be pro-life, there are tons of organizations that collect for needy families. Call a large ocal Catholic church.
Check out places that do physical therapy and stuff of that nature with babies. When my son passed away I donated all of his items like that to the places that he got all of his therapy from, because they know of low income families that could seriously use it. Or if you don’t wanna go that route check out churches that could possibly use it in they’re nurseries.

I would say the Salvation Army who serve people in need, especially those with children.
