Which is the best type of stroller for twins?
We’re expecting twins and we think the strollers that are side-by-side would be best for the babies cause they’d be able to see eachother and see everything around them.
But someone said the twin stroller where one baby sits behind the other is easier to get through doors, and down narrow streets and crowded places, which one is the best choice?
Thanks, Seth.

I totally agree with what you points are. I would like a side by side for the same reason but logically and convenient would work better for me and my routines so I’d suggest the front and back stroller. They are a lot easier to handle. Completely up to you though

We had a Graco Duo-Glide Stroller and really liked it. It does get in and out of doors etc more easily; and we never had a problem folding it up or anything. I also liked that we could attach both of the infant car seats directly to the stroller. We used that stroller from the time our boys were newborns until they were almost four.
We used a side by side stroller from a friend when we went to Disney World a few years ago. That worked well for that trip because our 8 year old niece was with us and she could sit in it as well. However, it was far more difficult to get through crowds and in the stores.

Definitely get the one where one baby sits behind the other. Plus, with that one, when they get a little older they can play fun games like “pull the one in front’s hair”- so funny!

If budget permits, spend as much as you can on a decent twin stroller. I would definitely recommend one of the travel systems whereby you can use two detachable car seats or carry cots fixable on and off the chassis of the stroller. This way if your twins are asleep in their car seats you can just lift the car seats and fix them easily and quickly to the chassis of your stroller and carry on. Likewise in reverse. These strollers are normally tandem in style and can be used as regular strollers also. Check out the Jane Twin Two - its the best thing we ever bought.
Good luck.
