Would it be tacky to “suggest” who I want to give my baby shower?

I love my sister in law, but she is a little out there. I cannot imagine what she would come up with. Is there a way that I could suggest that I would rather for one of my sisters or my best friend do it. I know if she does it, I will probally end up with a baby stroller with spinners and a system, with little 8 balls hanging from the handle. No Thanks

why not speak to your sister and say i hope i can count on ur to organize the baby shower since my sister in law is un reliable.

Perhaps you should confide in your sister or your friend and they could just take over without mentioning that you had asked them to do it??
