		<description>Probably not, unless the front wheel drive could be activated at different time(like with a hand brake type lever or a trigger button) it would need a sensor/auto shutoff to avoid collisions,a good restraint system , a way to still be safe and not zap anyone,AND it would have to be affordable and pretty lightweight!
Might be good for disabled parents....?</description>
